CleanProof (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a proof-of-service platform for commercial cleaning companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our web application and mobile app.
By using CleanProof, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Name, email address, and password when you create an account. Company name and contact information provided during onboarding.
Cleaning session records including start/end times, site location, and session status. This data is used to generate proof-of-service reports for your clients.
Photos captured by crew members during cleaning sessions. Photos may include embedded metadata. We store the timestamp and GPS coordinates at the time each photo is taken to verify service delivery.
GPS coordinates are captured at the time a photo is taken on the mobile app. Location data is used solely to verify that service was performed at the correct site. We do not continuously track location.
Basic usage analytics (pages visited, feature usage) to help us improve the product. We use Vercel Analytics for web usage data, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals.
Error reports and stack traces captured via Sentry to help us identify and fix bugs. This data may include device type, OS version, and anonymized user identifiers.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We share data only with the following third-party services required to operate CleanProof:
Proof-of-service reports are shared with client contacts at the direction of the cleaning company (your client's email address, which you provide).
Each cleaning company's data is strictly isolated. Users can only access data belonging to their own company. Row-level security policies in our database enforce this at the infrastructure level.
Session data, photos, and reports are retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your company's data within 30 days upon written request to the contact address below.
We use industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. Photos are stored in private storage buckets with time-limited signed URLs. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CleanProof is a business-to-business service and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
